After washing and cleaning the yarn ,we proceed to create a "Hand" or "Laachi" to apply the color dye.
We use chemical dyes (Swiss dye) in the machine, while vegetable dyes are applied by hand in large pots.
Hand knotting is carried out on the loom, and the number of weavers involved depends on the size of the carpet. The width of the rug is a determining factor, while the height or length of the size does not affect the process.
After the rugs are removed from the loom, they undergo a teaming process to enhance their appearance, ensuring they look clean and have a clear pattern.
